TaskRabbit
TaskRabbit was built on the idea of helping people alleviate their busy schedules by outsourcing small jobs and tasks to others in their neighborhood. The irony is that using the service (and app) seeks to only add to the existing stress and frustration with its unreliable service, poor customer support, ambiguous pricing/ payment system, and overall undemocratic business model.
Since most of TaskRabbit's users book their services via mobile, we wanted to revamp the app to address the aforementioned concerns and restore trust in customers—repositioning TaskRabbit as a reliable gateway to less stressful moments in their lives.

Onboarding Screens
Onboarding screens to communicate clear business values and TaskRabbit promise to customers. These screens
address the major concerns that customers have and introduce a newly proposed business model to combat them.
Democratic Payment
Users can browse from the list of available tasks or create their own to target taskers with specific expertise.
Users can then decide how much they are willing to pay (per hour) for the task, and taskers can bid on
listings they're interested in taking on – establishing a democratic and transparent payment system.
Tracking & Review
Users can track the location of their tasker and progress of the task at any time.
A review screen will generate once the task is completed as well as the option to
bookmark a tasker for future reference given the experience was satisfactory.
